Managing IT Support Team.

* After Analysis generating a report and forwarding to COE.
* Managing IT Infrastructure of all clients of JNN Turnkey IT Solutions.
* Creating assessment reports of the Hardware and Software infrastructure and analyzing for the upgrade or downgrade
accordingly.
In this organization I was one of the pioneers of Network Infrastructure. I designed the entire WLAN/LAN Network with help of my
network team of 4 members. After successful installation and configuration of all network devices and cables I performed the
following major tasks.
* Installation, Configuration, Management and maintenance of following hardware and software
o Redhat Linux Enterprise, Centos, Ubuntu, Fedora (installation, configuration and troubleshooting)
o TP-Link Archer Series WLAN Access point configuration, Bandwidth Control, Content filtering etc.
o Web Filtering Server Configuration (Redhat Linux and Windows Environment)
o Redhat Linux Configuration as ROUTER for Transparent Squid Service.
o Squid both binary and source code packages with NATing, MAC Filtering and Web-filtering.
o Package installation, Package configuration on Redhat Enterprise
o Windows Deployment Service (WDS Server 2008 and WDS Server 2003) Deployment and Management
* Implementation, installation and management of LAN/WLAN switches, routers, Wifi Access points
* Training newly hired staff and faculty on ERP Application.
* Getting feedback from faculty and staff regarding ERP and forwarding to the developers.
* Troubleshooting of Linux Operating Systems at basic and intermediate level.
* Clone/Image Server installation and configuration in Linux (Ubuntu).
* Negotiate contacts with vendor of IT Infrastructure
* Generate monthly inventory/stock reports and report to Manager IT
* Provide technical assistance to network team members to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
* Assign duties and distribute tasks among network team members.
* Gather updated report regarding present inventory and status of all hardware/software from network team.
* Backup email, active directory, mailing lists and other important stuff on regular basis
* Monitor network traffic, internet access logs, wifi-access points, LAN/WLAN devices on regular basis
Provide IT technical support to the students, staff and faculty regarding all the hardware, software and networking issue
• Manage and maintained Computer Labs. Installed Network cables, Switches and Patch Panels when required
• Fabricate Patch Cords and IO’s and Patch Panels
• Compile complete record of Computer Systems Specifications and report to Network Administrator
• Accomplish tasks assigned by Network Administrators or IT Manager on time and reported to them accordingly.
