Coordinates and supports the creation of learning solutions and talent and development programs in
totality, from concept and design through execution and assessment.
• Coordinate the scheduling, communication and implementation of all programs offered to staff,
• Maintaining and updating relevant systems for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide onsite support for all lines of service programs/events and is part of pre event logistics/project
team, working closely with recruitment and onboarding teams, implement logistics, prepare action plans,
compile required documents and other administrative arrangements.

improvements in the HC Operating model, specifically the increased delivery of standardized services.
• Look for areas of continuous improvement across the Learning & Development function
• Work on specific projects related to HR initiatives as assigned
• Demonstrate a culture of continuous learning within the Learning & Development team and benchmark
against best practices in the HR industry and country specific
• Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional
relationships as needed
• Proactively engaged in two HC initiatives to build knowledge and exposure: Diversity & Inclusion and L&D
Return on investment (On L&D ROI: I did thorough research on the importance of L&D ROI progression for
our key development programs, contributed sensible suggestions and showed solid understanding of the
next steps) - (On Diversity & Inclusion: I supported the team in redesigning the Diversity and Inclusion
training for New Joiner Inductions across the region).
Human resource Special projects at (OSB) Olayan School of Business
Arranging meetings with 52 public school directors across Lebanon in order to present the scholarship program provided by USAID to enter AUB for high school students
•Regular follow-up with potential applicants to fill their application and provide needed documents
•Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing them; assessing their profiles; verifying their credentials to fit the program’s requirements

Customer service - Regional Office
• Receive customers’ complaints and resolve them according to the set service guidelines and scenarios
• Follow up on customers’ inquiries/complaints in order to enhance business performance and increase customer retention rates
• Analyze Shop Managers' inquiries to identify new initiatives and report them to the Customer Service Manager-Inform Shop Managers and other concerned parties of received complaints and unresolved cases.
