1 Hire teachers after interview and evaluation.
2 Ensure that the work activities are carried out according to the Institute goals and target which comply with the rules of M.O.E.
3 Ensure that the work progresses are carried out according to the planned program and method statements.
4 Deal with students according to their needs, dealing with parents and build up a good way of communication.
5 Deal with all governmental sectors to finalize all paperwork.
6 Ensure that all the equipments required to execute the work according to the work need are available in good condition and provide any additional equipments that might be required.
7 Co-ordinate with parents to achieve whatever they required for their children.
8 Give proper attention to all filling procedures in coordination with the secretary to make sure that the filling system is up-to-date
9 Periodical meetings with the staff to encourage them to do better and to make any remarks during the last period.
10 Co-ordinate with other Institutes and Universities.

1 Translate all work documents, analyze and put my overview.
2 Remote manage Lufthansa Airline (H.H. was the sole agent).
3 Follow up Arab Saudi bank in Bahrain (H.H. was the chairman).
4 Responsible for promoting the work inside Riyadh.
5 Travel with H.H. abroad to buy real states and running the business.
6 Responsible for all his premises abroad.
7 Administrative and financial manager for his company Modern communication system (for satellite equipment) in Riyadh.
