Main responsibilities:
Reporting to manager Operations. With overall maintenance responsibility following up service level
• Responsible for supervising operations and maintenance off all services on the location as well as contractors and sub-contractors services (staff of 70 persons plus contractors).
• Serve as a contact coordinator for maintenance and repairing of (A/C, MEP, fire alarm, electricity, general maintenance, landscaping and irrigation system).
• Coordinate with management and customers of their needs and requirements with suggestions of suitable solutions.
• Liaising with internal and external service providers to obtain the best service that meets customers’ expectations.
• Review and check the work, products of contractors to ensure conformity with standards.
• Liaising, reporting and maintaining a high quality services such as cleaning, security, gardens and waste removal in order to guarantee hygienic environment and healthy .
• Track all time and materials on a daily basis from all facility operation sections.
• Conducting periodic inspections of facilities to review work in progress, critically inspect the work of maintenance staff and contractors to insure that work conforms to specifications and standards;dailly inspect all aspects of facility defects, infrastructure . Landscaping, irrigation system, recreation centers and other water features and fountains.
• Preparing work schedules, reviewing daily work record to ensure completeness and assist the tracking of expenditure of maintenance log record f work performed and materials used.
• Managing day - to-day maintenance inquiries and investigating tenants complaints by inspect & reviewing construction defects and preparing defect reports.
• Maintaining inventories and ensuring an adequate supply of materials, equipment, parts and related items.
• Coordinate and follow up with external Agencies and Authorities such as DEWA, Etisalat, Dubai Municipality, etc.
• Make recommendations on improvements and saving on all facility aspects.
Bachelor of Arts – History Department El Mania University, Egypt, 2002 Higher Secondary, Abu Korakas Secondary School.
