• Created critical timelines, for the purpose of meeting specific completion targets, to minimize the impact on capital budgeting decisions.
• Visited construction site to assess completion targets and provided daily reports of progress to both site manager and senior project manager.

• Analyzed market data in order to create sales forecasts and presented it to senior personnel to aid with the planning and procurement process.
• Assisted warehouse personnel in logging all movements in inventory and provided a detailed log to the warehouse manager for the purpose of inventory control.
• Shadowed and assisted key personnel in cross-functional departments making key decisions regarding the development of a new production plant.
• Analyzed market data and determined that the new plant will be profitable due to increasing number of projects being carried out buy government and private sector.
