Responsibilities:
• Manage sales of a wide range of company products to customers, study market requirements and update sales manager on competitors’ activities.
• Build and maintain fruitful business relations with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage key accounts in the Governmental segment, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining & Utility in the country and leverage healthy business relations with them.
• Develop and execute sales strategies as per the instructions of sales management; assist the sales manager in formulating action plans to achieve growth in designated areas and sectors.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, negotiate the terms of an agreement and manage the deal closure.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Monitored competition by gathering current market data on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, discover and pursue new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Contact potential customers, identify their needs, suggest company products/services that best satisfy their needs and close sales by agreeing terms & conditions.
• Address and resolve customer grievances and build a loyal customer base, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and enhanced customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop parts offerings as per market & customer demands & requirements.
• Liaise with the Engineering, Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure appropriate pricing and delivery of parts.
• Understand the market dynamics through extensive market research, analyze competitor moves to generate market-share metrics, identify opportunities and assist in developing plans to capture market share in new areas.
• Generate monthly reports on sales target achievements, competitors’ activities, sales & collection vs target and submit to the Sales Manager, while suggesting corrective actions wherever required.
Responsibilities:
• Provided leadership to the team of 5 members in organizing and directing all the procurement activities of the company, while ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards.
• Oversaw the entire procurement management including the administration of contracts with full transparency, and acquiring high quality of goods, services, and hiring consultants at best cost, consistent with business needs.
• Set up the HVAC/electrical spare parts to ensure availability in the main warehouses; implemented spare parts excel plans for each product or service.

• Managed timely delivery of spare parts through a structured process and follow up activities.
• Negotiated contracts with suppliers/contractors and drafted contractual agreements, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the company.
