Responsible for the fleet selection, utilization and maintenance with global coverage of all averda companies.
▪ Manage the fleet care activities for 2500+ vehicles and equipment across 7 countries and 21 projects
▪ Manage a team of automotive engineers and IT Analysts
▪ Design workshops and define the required manpower and organization chart
▪ Hire qualified workshop heads after rigorous selection steps
▪ Provide workshop staff maintenance management and Oracle EAM training coupled with technical training and continuous support
▪ Ensure proper meter based preventive maintenance is being done following specific check lists
▪ Capture the maintenance material, service and manpower expenditures in Oracle EAM and apply automation and restrictions measures to ensure accurate cost allocation on assets and accounts
▪ Generate daily dashboards to monitor the workshops performance and intervene where needed
▪ Reengineer and refurbish the Oracle master databases related to Item Master and Fleet Asset Register
▪ Coordinate with the procurement in items sourcing optimization and inventories management
▪ Report monthly the work progress and innovations to the management
Generating machine designs and prototypes with focus on the vending machines and food processing machines.
▪ Manage 3 workshops; Steel fabrication, CNC and trucks superstructures steel repairs
▪ Manage the mechanical and automation research and design units
▪ Ensure that the projected budget, revenues and profit goals are met
▪ Develop the business through innovative designs and solutions and set up marketing and sales plans
▪ Develop a fully functional pizza vending machine prototype

Responsible for the fleet selection, utilization and maintenance with regional coverage of all averda GCC companies.
▪ Prepare the developmental and safety plans and audit 7 maintenance workshops in UAE, Qatar,
KSA and Oman servicing 600 trucks and vehicles
▪ Unify the Preventive Maintenance intervals, checklists and procedures across all workshops
▪ Attend Oracle Enterprise Asset Management EAM acceptance testing and define the workflow and master data structure
▪ Complete the fleet database with all attributes and logical divisions to be uploaded in Oracle EAM
▪ Ensure that the Visirun fleet tracking and management application is properly implemented
▪ Develop shared maintenance and parts manuals databank on SharePoint
▪ Set the fleet criteria for purchasing, maintenance and phasing off

Provide budgeting, operation resources planning, procurement and innovation for Sukleen:
▪ Prepare and control the yearly budgets for 8 operating units and plan the purchases of consumables
▪ Manage and develop a team of 15 engineers and officers
▪ Manage the automotive purchasing department and set criteria for fleet technical selection
▪ Select and purchase the ECA Faros truck driving training simulator from France
▪ Develop with IT team the operations planning and dispatch custom made Dot Net software
▪ Implement the advanced fleet GPS tracking system coupled with gates RFID system
Maintenance manager for the whole fleet consisting of heavy equipment, trucks, cars, generators and motorcycles.
▪ Move in positions from workshop manager then fleet manager up to the whole maintenance unit manager
▪ Manage 3 maintenance workshops with 100+ employees servicing 500 heavy equipment and trucks
▪ Set and manage the maintenance budget, define KPIs and ensures continuous client satisfaction
▪ Generate ISO policies, procedures, forms and tools validation system for all workshops
▪ Set the spare parts replenishment and sourcing strategy and reduce the stock value by 40% ~ 450K$
▪ Develop with IT team the maintenance custom made Oracle ERP software
▪ Improve the maintenance efficiency through generation of Standard Repair Time for every task
▪ Create 2 new units; professional Overhauling unit and R&D unit to deliver a professional service
▪ Provide technical support through training and manuals for Navistar, Isuzu and Volvo trucks
▪ Manage the maintenance team and schedule the repairs according to priorities
▪ Fill automotive parts cross reference data in database
▪ Provide clients with products related technical support and follow-up on claims and requests
