production lines, ensuring compliance with international standards and NIC internal
policies.
 Supervising laboratory activities, product testing, and process inspections to maintain
consistent product quality.
 Developing and implementing quality procedures, SOPs, and corrective/preventive
action plans (CAPA).
 Managing a team of QA/QC engineers and technicians, including training,
performance evaluation, and workflow organization.
 Coordinating with production, maintenance, and R&D departments to resolve quality
issues and enhance product reliability.
 Preparing quality reports, audits documentation, and supporting certification and
compliance activities (ISO, internal audits, customer requirements).
 Handling and managing product approvals for the factory through relevant ministries
and governmental authorities.
 Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, optimize processes, and
improve customer satisfaction.
 Represent the company at international and national exhibitions:
1- Canton Fair 138th, which is located in ( China- Guangzhou)
2- Big 5 Global 2025, which is located in (Dubai - UAE).

• In coordination with the Manager, develop and supervise the implementation of
quality control programs and ensure quality problems are identified and resolved.
• Evaluate Warehouse equipment for readiness and cleanliness and ensure
operations are according to established standards.
• Regularly coordinate with Operations to determine to ensure goods from
Warehouse meet specifications and are free of contamination.
• Take samples of goods at various stages of movement.
• Ensure that waste is at minimum acceptable level and the disposal of such
damaged goods has been approved by the Manager.
• Conduct daily inspections and take preventive or corrective actions on areas
where there are quality deviations.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management on improving operating processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports and documents related to
Warehouse operations.
• Supervise the evaluation of damaged goods, returns and ensure proper disposition.
• Monitor regular sanitation condition and ensure adhere to set standards of hygiene
and proper work attire.
• Participate in conducting training activities (in conjunction with Human
Resources Department) related to quality control to enhance quality awareness of
all employees whose jobs affect quality.

Make sure a companys operations, such as manufacturing and shipping,
work properly and meet factory and management specifications. Operations
engineers also routinely examine machinery for defects and communicate
maintenance schedules to department heads. They work as part of a team
for a company and interact with computer and software engineers, quality
control specialists and others to increase efficiency and establish best
practices.
