Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manipulating, cleansing and processing sales data using specific data processing and statistical techniques for the career services department.
• Carrying out analysis of the given data and drawing correct inferences, keeping the objective of the analysis in mind.
• Identifying the problem (decreased sales for specific packages); examining for solutions using data analysis practices and arranging analysis reports (monthly & quarterly).
• Developing effective marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing department to promote packages generating revenues that are below expectations.
• Advising on the suitability of methodologies and suggesting improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assisting product development and testing of new features; proposing product improvement and identifying areas of weakness to fortify Bayt platform, promote automation and website capabilities.
• Participating in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Development and Career Services divisions to maintain alignment of vision towards seamless service delivery.
• Improving revenue inflow through appropriate matching of client needs with available products; maintaining updated knowledge of service packages and promotions to ensure precision-focused communications.
Achievements:
• Suggested the idea of Live chat to provide real time solutions to the customers increasing client satisfaction and successfully generating sales of USD 20000 quarterly (Average).
• Initiated the idea of promotional mailers to job seekers on occasions such as Ramadan, Labor Day etc in the 2nd Quarter 2015 increasing quarterly revenue by USD 40000.
• Cost - cutting measures suggested and implemented such as:
>Hiring a local writer saved USD 5 per cover letter written.
>Hiring an internee to make platinum formats saving USD 10 per order.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support
• Assisting product development and testing of new features; proposing product improvement and identifying areas of weakness to fortify Bayt platform, promote automation and website capabilities.
• Applying data mining techniques, tools and practices; establishing ranges to eliminate invalid data for improved accuracy and management of salary search moderation.
• Participating in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Development and Career Services divisions to maintain alignment of vision towards seamless service delivery.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports, trends analysis, and associated data compilation; collating job vacancies from multiple sources (Khaleej times, etc.) to enable distribution and advertisement on Bayt within tight deadlines.
Customer Relationship Management
• Promptly responding and resolving clients' requests for information and queries; facilitating refunds, payments, and confirming payment receipts in conjunction with the finance division.
