Human Capital Business Partner Director is responsible to manage all the operational aspects ofHuman Capital in Company and its subsidiary companies including Employee Relations, EmployeesServices, Payroll and Talent Acquisition under the guidance given by the VP Human Capital.
1. Acts as a consultant to the management and staff regarding Human Capital policies and proceduresinterpretation and labor laws in org. and its subsidiary companies to ensure compliance.
2. Oversees the handling of employee relations and disciplinary issues and gets involved where neededto resolve the issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
3. Works closely with HC Business Partners in subsidiary companies and org Human Capital COE tounderstand organizational design, business strategy and goals and actively participate in designing theshort-term and long-term solutions.
4. Oversees the end-to-end processing of payroll, allowances, overtime payments and ensure theaccuracy of payments as per the company policies and regulatory requirements for Compant and itssubsidiary companies.
5. Supervises all personnel affair’s related procedures in Company & its subsidiary companies suchas transfers, assignments, business travels, employees’ attendance, and vacations in accordance withcompany policies.
6. Acts as a custodian of all employees’ files and records in accordance with the approved classificationand preservation system in Companywhich contains all hiring documents, decisions, letters, andcorrespondences.
7. Ensures employees data accuracy in SuccessFactors.
8. Oversees the handling of employees’ services requests e.g., certificates, official confirmation letters, contracts etc.
9. Oversees the health insurance policy execution (entitlements, dependents etc.) in accordance withthe approved policies and regulations.

Performance Management: Establish and monitor strategies for evaluating employee performance.
