Consultancy Services were executed by IRD Engineering S.R.L.(Italy) in association with ICT Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. (India).
• Asphalt Plant 240 tons/h, 2 Mechanical Mixing Plants with capacity of 240 tons/h and 450 tons/h, Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant 70-80 tons/h were installed for road works; asphalt concrete pavements, macadam, cold-recycling bases and sub-bases.
• Accomplishments: FIDIC Contract Management, Claims & Change Management, Official Correspondences, Cost & Budget Control, Stakeholders Relations, Project Technical Coordination and Management, Design Analysis & Revisions & Implementation, Procurements, Quality Assurance, Planning & Progress Control, Site Superintending, Quantity Surveying, Reporting.
2. Antalya 3rd Phase Light Rail / Metro System Construction & EM Works / 2017 November - 2020 September
Position : Deputy Project Manager of Consultant - Boğaziçi Project, Engineering Company
Client : Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Antalya - Turkey
• 24.9 km complete turn-key construction of double track Light Rail/Metro Transit System for Antalya Metropolitan City including whole electromechanical works and procurement of tram vehicles with a contract amount of 696, 831, 470.77 TL (~140 million usd) financed by IFC of World Bank.
• Double track Rail Route, Level Stations, 1.5 km NATM tunnel structure, Underground Station, Rolling Stock Area, Workshop and Administrative Building with Control Command Center were constructed and completed in time according to the schedule by the Contractor Makyol Co. Inc.
• Accomplishments: Consulting Services, Cooperation & Participation for Tender Documents Preparation, Design Analysis & Revisions & Implementation, Budget & Cost Control, Credit Auditing & Management, Contract & Claims & Change Management, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, Procurements, Official Correspondences, Reporting, Stakeholders Relations & Project Coordination, Site Superintending.

• Construction of 37.5 km Metro line by the Contractor Şenbay & Kolin JV with a contract amount of 999, 769, 962.42 Euro between Gayrettepe Region of Istanbul City up to New Airport having 9 underground stations. 80 vehicles were procured and operated by remote controlled system.
