I worked for Key Rent a Car company for 21 years holding many positions within the company. Positions
include but not limited to Renting Cars, collection, Branch Supervisor, Customer Service, and Customer
Relation. During my employment, I worked in different positions within the company:
Position 1: Collection
As a collection officer, I was responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable Saudi Ryals
from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and
reducing accounts receivable delinquency. This position will report to the Collections Supervisor.
Responsibilities
• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer
relations.
• Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good
customer service in a timely manner.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Train new Employees.
Position 2: Marketing:
In the marketing department, I was in charge of attracting not only individuals to rent cars from us but
also companies. Some of the duties I performed:

Built and established new marketing strategy for the company.
Establish monthly goals to increase the rentals in our market.
Position 3: Customer Relation
I was in the forefront in establishing the customer relation department to keep in touch with our
customers.
Goals:
• Retain customers and establish good relation.
• Reduce the losses by staying in contact with customers.
Position 4: Jeddah International Airport Branch Supervisor
I worked as supervisor from 2010 to 2019 until the end of my service for the company. The Airport
branch includes more than 900 cars and 34 employees. Some of the duties are:
• Offer excellent customer service to clients at the airport branch.
• Run the day-to-day operation with 34 employees.
• Ensure all employees get adequate training.
• Inventory of our cars and financial operation.
