2015-2018 have been playing the role of Training Centre Acting Principal with all related duties & responsibilities related to Finance, Human Resources & Training based on the traditional curriculum and the new program based on iPads and Smart Learning Environment

--- November 2004, I was promoted to Grade 12 as a Senior Teacher with the following resposibilities :
- Teache Saudi Aramco trainees job-related Knowledge and skills .
- Provide specialized help to advanced ITC teachers and other instructional staff members.
- Plan, implement and evaluate applicable in-service training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate instrictional programs for certain subject levels.
-Interface with academic curriculum analysts to represent ITC teachers' feedback concerning the improvement of the curriculum.
- Receive guidance from the principal/assistant principal and is supervised by the principal.
- Observe classes, focusing on the improvement of instruction and assists the principal and assistant principal in the recertification of teachers.

•Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, most training has been changed to virtual classes/Distance Learning. Learner Centered & Communicative Approaches utilizing SABA Meeting and Blackboard software have been applied. Different activities have been focused on, such as Role-Play, Individual Work, Pair Work and Group Work; focusing on Critical Thinking and instilling Saudi Aramco Culture to make all trainees fully ready to join Saudi Aramco workforce.The Four Critical Behaviors (People Conversation-Empowerment-Collaboration-Decision Making) and Corporate Values (Citizenship-Safety-Accountability-Integrity-Excellence) have been focused on and given adequate time and care. I participated in 2020 Knowledge Sharing Days; emphasizing on the impact of Distance Learning on trainees and trainers who are concerned with virtual classes.
