Managing port gate operations e.g FCL/LCL containers inbounding or out bounding activities and ensure that everything shall remain under control to avoid revenue leakage for company.

Identifying new business opportunities in the market
Making calls and meeting the potential clients of the bank
Making presentations to brief the client
Handling complete the account opening process
Completion of documents from the clients for account opening process
Entering clients data into a centralized software (T24)
Sending the account opening forms and applications to the account opening unit
Keeping track on customers receivables like cheque books and ATM cards
Handling customers inquiries on phone and emails
Selling the insurance policy and educating the potential clients about the product
Briefing the walk in customers about the bank’s products
Dealing walk in clients
Creating new packaging ideas, displays, and fixtures that would appeal to domestic customers.
Handling new programs and promotions launched by Brand manager.
Analyze existing products and opportunities to expand market presence
Evaluate the market to identify the trends.
Analyze and provide market data to the managers for cost cutting opportunities
Managing advertisement campaigns of the company
Review product popularity and recommend necessary changes to stimulate sales of the product
Participate in new product name, positioning and pricing, and reviewing target market.
