• Managing maintenance contractor and supplier ensuring that all Mobily premises are properly maintained.
• Management of maintenance KPIs and monitoring contactor performance.
• Preparation of yearly plans including resources and budgeting.
• Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Department Performance Reporting

• Review and processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for maintenance department.
• Building customer satisfaction by engaging with clients through visits and direct communication
• Select inspection equipment and develop control, inspection procedures, implement and update Quality Inspection Work Instructions (QIWI), implement layouts, flowcharts, inspection points, process controls.
• Perform failure analysis, investigation and problem solving and install corrective / preventive measures to prevent reoccurrence of failures/problems
• Participate in manufacturing process improvement projects to improve product and process quality.
• Conduct quality audit on processes, products, and suppliers to ensure compliance of requirements and effectiveness of operations
i have finished my master degree by grade of 60 % , and i did my dissertation on Total Quality management
i have finished my Bachelors degree by grade of good 2.88 of 5.0. from King Saud University.
