Diligently dealt with the requests of the low-paid LUMS support staff for their financial needs by timely preparing, verifying and executing requests for loans. Conducted interviews with the staff to gain a better understanding of their needs and negotiated repayment terms within 350, 000 Rs as budget allocated for the project. Executed over 30 loan requests and kept records of the executed loans and the budget available to make decisions regarding new requests.
