•Coordinate, plan, execute and finalize the project as per client demand and Auto Cad drawings.
•Cost Estimation of Project as per Bill of Quantities and reworking Cost Analysis of Materials.
•Calculation of material, making of B.O.Q, assigned the material to relevant department and keep the record of the received and assigned material
•Inspection of material and write down the material and assigned the material to the relevant dept. of site. Installation of the Fire Alarm Control system.
•Testing, commissioning and installation of 11KV panels, Siemens Transformers (1500KVA), Caterpillar Generator 1500KVA, Armored Cable 150mm, 300 mm and Installation of Electrical Distribution System, earthing rods Pole Lights, Hi-bay, Landscaping Lights.
•Follow up the progress of electrical and over all execution of the project constructions in the light of contract agreement.
•Supervise the design, construction, activities for the timely completion according to schedule, issue instructions and implementation resource enhancement to meet the mile stone dates.
Liaised with Engineers and reported to Project Manager on all tasks.
•Installation of HDPE pipes for the underground cabling and also underground gas pipes (for the gas of the whole PBC head quarter).
•Laying of cables HV, LV and MV cables cable at the height of 11 meter from earth and also underground laying cabling as per NEC rules and also doing the dressing of cables
•Ensured health & safety procedures were adhered to and reported any breaches.
•Replace the radio equipment from the analog system to digital system.
•Install of the master racks in the Master control room.
•Fixing of the cable duct and laying of the cable through duct into 19 studios.
•Installation and termination of the 5 studios equipment.
