DAKHNI GAS PROCESSING PLANT IS THE FIRST LARGEST PROCESSING FACILITY OF OGDCL SITUATED IN DISTT. ATTOCK. THE CURRENT DAILY PRODUCTION IS ABOUT 52 MMSCFD GAS, 1600 BBL CRUDE OIL, 10 TON LPG, 70 TON SULPHUR AND ALSO HAVING POWER GENERATION CAPACITY OF 5 MW.
• Maintenance of Plant Equipments in view of OEM recommendations and condition monitoring, ensuring high equipment/plant availability through their efficient and safe operation and installation of new equipment. Improvement in plant availability/reliability by continuous condition monitoring, keeping track of maintenance jobs, currently in process to switchover to CMMS.
1. Rate running contracts for maintenance services with local authorized agents.
2. Development of preventive maintenance schedules of plant rotary equipments specially Gas Turbines and Gas Engines.
3. Co-ordination with plant professionals, different vendors and companies to streamline the plant operations and to resolve any maintenance/repair issue or equipment failure in optimum way to reduce the Plant downtime.
• To assist the maintenance team during overhauling of Caterpillar engines, Flowserve Centrifugal pumps, TB5000 (Siemens) Gas turbines, Worthington Air Compressors, Tuthill air blowers and different types of heat exchangers.
Annual Shut Downs: Currently responsible for providing assistance and supervision for development of ATA Plans, arrangement of all material / consumables / machinery and finally its execution.
3. Procurement of spares/consumables/tools/scaffolding material etc. for Annual Turn Around.
4. Physical participation in ATA.
5. Arranging contract/hired/rental services for different machines like Crane etc.
