Duties:

Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, trafic, acquisition, and customer interaction for the 2XL & Oc Home e-stores. Monitor daily trends, understanding product and category performance to optimize sales. Optimize product search and other critical metrics to boost sales and order volume on marketplace. Sustain and grow sales on Noon and Amazon through strategic initiatives. Implement competitive pricing strategies on marketplaces to drive trafic and sales with minimal markup. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV to maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock update on marketplace fulfillment to prevent stockouts. Execute weekly order postings statements in Microsoft Dynamics NAV for accurate record-keeping and processing of net proceeds. Assist in exploration and expansion of 2XL brand into new marketplaces such as Carrefour, Namshi, Trendyol, and Microless. Develop and manage efective MailChimp campaigns to enhance website visibility and sales. Enhance the online catalog's quality with LQS on Noon and Amazon, improving customer experience and engagement. Creating and listing new catalogue on marketplace with proper input matrix and LQS.

Provide clients with daily MIS reports containing actionable insights.
Analyze client-specific statistics to tailor business development strategies.
Cultivate strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction with product quality and cost.
Leading end to end PLA management, including robust inventory control and demand planning.
Oversee Flipkart warehousing operations to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
Supervise and coordinate tasks among a team of 4 members to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate the seamless registration and growth of new client brands on the Flipkart platform.
Provide strategic guidance to clients for optimizing sales and promotional activities.
Collaborate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to achieve collective revenue objectives.
Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance overall client satisfaction and business performance.
Monitor client performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for clients.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.
Address client issues promptly and effectively to maintain strong relationships.
