Job Descriptions:
To implement permit to work system inclusive lockout/ tag out to ensure that all works are performed in accordance with company's HSE standards and procedures.
Independently responsible for the operation, maintenance intervention and trouble shooting of the following stationary, rotary & metering equipments in the petrochemical plant / terminal.
Storage tanks, pressure vessels, Marine loading Arms, reclaiming chain scrapper, stacker, conveyor belt, ship loader, moveable hoppers, Pumps, compressors, blowers, condensers, vaporizers, Process variable measuring & controlling devices like Level, Pressure, temperature, flow etc .
To perform daily, weekly and monthly rotary and stationary equipments systematic checks.
To assist maintenance team for ship/shore manifold connection and disconnections.
To start/stop shore loading pumps locally or via central control room for ship loading.
To monitor, control and record the operational parameters of storage facilities and ship loading operation on PI system / console.
To monitor and ensure the production rundown to storage tanks, product export tanks, ship loading pumps are working in safe and efficient manners. To execute permit to work procedure for routine maintenance, project, start up, and shutdown activities.To implement permit to work system inclusive lockout/ tag out and to ensure that all works are performed in accordance with company's HSE standards and procedures.To monitor and execute routine, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly preventive maintenance jobs at facilities which are carrying out by maintenance, contractors and project etcTo participate in emergency response plan exercise / drills at terminal. Logs operating incidents occurring during shift for records and for counterpart on the next shift and discusses incidents with supervisorEnsures proper housekeeping after completion of any maintenance job keeping work area clean, tidy and safe to work.

It is a Joint venture of Engro Chemical Pakistan and Royal Vopak of Nether land.
EVTL have its own jetty and State of the Art Bulk Liquid Chemicals and gaseous products storage and Terminal which consist of 20 tanks Cone roof, Dom roof and pressurized spheres/ Vessels for receipt, storage, import and export of following chemicals, petrochemical & gases to local customers via pipe line & road tankers

I have been involved in the erection & commissioning activities of below facilities.
