1) Refurbishment & Upgrading Works for Various Sewage Pumping Stations- CP771
The project comprises the refurbishment, upgrading, construction and decommissioning works of the following sewage pumping stations: Sewage Pumping Station 30/2 - New Salata, Sewage Pumping Station 11 - Al Mansoura/Rawdat A Kheil St., Sewage Pumping Station 14/1 - Al Messila /Ahmed Bin Majid Street, Sewage Pumping Station 8/8 - Ras Abu Abboud St. /Sewage Pumping Station 13/3 - Al Rayyan area / Al Waab.
Decommissioning and demolition work is required only for pumping station PS 8/8 along with installation and construction of new DN300 gravity sewer pipe line and associated manhole structures connecting the PS 8/8 wet well gravity to the Manhole MH 16N/159/1. The proposed upgrade of remaining Pumping Station (PS 30/2, PS 14/1, PS11 & 13/3) involves the dismantling & construction of new MCC & Battery Room, Surge Vessel, Flow Meter Chamber, Over Pumping Chamber, Screen chamber, Wet Well Chamber, Odor Control Unit, Supply, delivery, construction installation and T&C of all material and equipment and Temporary Bypass works
2) Construction & Up gradation of Rayyan Road Project-7 Contract-2
The Project is a part of Qatar’s Expressway Program. Major construction work includes upgrade of 5 Major Junctions comprising of 2 Bridges, 1 Cut & cover tunnel and 4 underpasses, Micro tunnel and Electrical Sub Stations and Water pump Station. Major work includes 6.5 million m3 of structure excavations, 1.4 million m3 of structure concrete castings, construction of diaphragm wall (40Mtr. deep), Pile foundations, Bridges ( Pier height up to 15mtr. and Deck slab up-to 80.0Mtr), and extensive structure waterproofing works, architectural finishing works for sub-stations / tunnel service building .
3) Completed Construction of AL Jemailya / AL Otouriyah / AL Shihaniyah Road (P019) under Doha Expressways Project Programme, Package 6 (Client: ASHGHAL-Public Works Authority).
This project has newly construction of 3 lane dual carriageway from AL Jemailiya to AL Shihaniyah which is Bypass Road of 28 Km. connecting to Doha Expressway.
This project consists of 1 no. Pedestrian Overpass, 2 nos. Camel Underpass, 44 nos. of minor cross drainage structures, Utility works (ITS lines, Kaharamaa Substations, QNBN Chambers & Pipeline works).
The salient features of the pedestrian footbridge are:
a) Open Foundations (About 8.5m x 9.0m x 1.5m)
b) Superstructure- Pre stressed Girders of length 13.5m
c) Columns with architectural look (Varying from 4.5m to 10m)
d) Bearings- Spherical Bearings (Fixed, Free & Glided)
e) P.T- 17 strands (4 in each web)
(2)The salient features of Camel Underpass are:
a) Open Foundations (16.5m x 3.5m x 0.6m)
b) R.C Wall height varying from 2.4m to 6.5m
c) R.C Top slab of width 11m x 16.55m & depth 0.75m
Cost of the Project: 300 Million Qatari Rial.
Review of Contractors submittals including review of shop drawings, technical queries & day to day monitoring of site activities impementing the quality standards as specified by the client/specification.
Worked for Muscat Expressway Project from Al Qurm R/A to Al Naseem R/A 56Km Road Project (Fifth largest projects in the world US$350Million).Posted in Sec 1 Highway Group No.1 for construction of major structures like RCC Retaining Walls, RC Box Culverts, Precast Tech Span Culverts, Utility Culverts, Friction Slabs of RC Box Girder Bridges, Precast Retaining Walls & Crash Barriers from Al Qurm to Ghala (from 0 chg. to28km chg.)
Responsibilities:
• Coordination with designer, client & supervision consultant.
• Responsible for project management, project planning & resources utilization.
• Responsible for preparing & controlling time & budget schedule.
• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budget.
• Manage the project crew including suppliers & subcontractors.
• Responsible for overall Execution of the Project.
• Reviewing the resource requirement for project.
• Preparing methodology for different activities involved in the project.
• Writing detailed summarized project progress report.

2) Construction from BoyalGhata to BijoyGang (PMGSY) Under 24 Pgs. (S) 11Km. Supervised WBM Road Construction from Bodra to Champahati (4Km) under Baruipur Hi-Way Sub Division.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for 11 Km. Stretch of roads & approx. 5 Km Service Road including Slab culverts and pipe culvert in the said stretch.
• Construction of Earth work, GSB, WMM, DBM & BC.
• Construction of Slab Culverts & Hume Pipe Culverts.
• Monitoring, scheduling, reviewing and reporting of day to day progress constrains to clients and consultants.
