I. Responsible of the Implementation of BML Istisharat’s partners banking specialized softwares such as:
a. Risk Management FERMAT-CAD BASEL II of Moody’s Analytics - USA.
b. Loan Recovery Solution of Exodus - Greece
c. Document Management Solution of IMTF - Switzerland
My responsibilities are to:
• Integrate the products in the Lebanese banking sector
• Responsible of the data migration process from the core banking database -ICBS- to the target solution’s database.
• Cooperate actively with our partners’ products’ experts.
• Prepare the customization of the products to be adapted to the Lebanese regulations
• Prepare the necessary documents for each phase of the project: Project plan, Framing Note, Open Items List….
• Define the task to be done by BML Istisharat’s team
• Prepare presentations of the products
• Diagnosis any discrepancies in the implementation process
In addition,
• To evaluate any new solution that might be interesting to BML Istisharat’s customer base
• To manage the partnership activities with the solutions’ providers
• To prepare seminars to promote the products
• To organize commercial presentations
• To answer to RFPs
• To follow up the prospects
II. Responsible of BML Istisharat’s activities with Oracle corporation since the company is a specialized GOLD Oracle partner:
• To provide Oracle Licenses to customers
• To follow up Support Renewal’s contracts
• To follow up the partnership activities with Oracle corporation : Provide the Business plan, Partnership contracts renewal process
Participated in Analysis, Development and Maintenance of ACMS (Advanced Card Management System) for banking and retail sectors using Oracle on Unix platform
My responsibilities consisted in:
Management of full project lifecycle: starting from customer specification, planning of resources, development, progress control, implementation, testing, validation, installation, documentation, training, and maintenance
