• Perform business assessment for companies in order to set the needs, including: benchmarking, team, financial, process
and workflow, SWOT, competition analysis, etc.;
• Write companies policies, procedures, and job descriptions based on onsite assessment and/ or research;
• Write business plans in coordination with the client and the different departments, including profile, strategy, and
financials;
• Develop KPIs for companies, create tools to track them, and follow up on results on a periodic basis;

• Develop an Assistant Deputyships operating model at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources;
• Develop the governance model of the Assistant Deputyships committees;
• Develop and activate forms and reports of improved processes for the Assistant Deputyships eight departments;
• Review, track, and analyze KPIs to measure Departments performance;
• Collect data and develop the Assistant Deputyships quarterly performance reports as well as the departments monthly
performance reports;

• Working with the team in order to establish the Innovation and Data Intelligence Department at the Film Commission;
• Research and prepare several reports regarding the film industry in KSA and worldwide.
• Assess the current situation, including value chain analysis, stakeholder analysis, benchmark study, and others;
• Establish the operating model, including preparing and discussing with the client the departmental chart, job
descriptions, procedures, etc.;
• Prepare surveys, launch them, and perform relevant analysis of the primary data results;

• Assess SMEs and Consultants eligibility and enroll them in the ASB program
• Follow up on implemented projects and ensure the deliverables are implemented within the preset timeline
• Prepare and implement Market Development Activities

• Conduct meetings with management and concerned team members to gain an understanding of business conditions, risks
and controls.
• Identify, develop and document issues and recommendations concerning areas being reviewed, by referring to best
practices in the relevant industry.
• Assist in coordinating and communicating the results via written reports and presentations to management.
• Document Clients different Departments Policies, Procedures, and forms.
• Implement approved recommendations, by providing the required training as well as support to the team.
• Provide HR related outsourced services, in what relates to recruitment and headhunting.
• Prepare Financial Feasibility Studies for new businesses along with presentations for potential investors.

• Research and benchmark general information related to the department under study.
• Gather specific department information and designed the process maps.
• Collect data and prepared statistical reports.
• Identify issues within the processes along with their implications.
• Implement the developed recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and conduct training programs for proper implementation of recommended changes.
