• Managing, developing and maintaining one of the largest corporate & commercial portfolios (22 relationships with AED 350 Mln credit facilities & AED 450Mln deposits).
• Build relationships with the clients and fully understand their needs and strategic goals by conducting periodic visits/calls in order to maintain and strengthen our relationship.
• Market the full range of banking products / services offered by Finance House to corporate/commercial clients, beside that, cross selling our retail products to them.
• Identify and develop new client relationships that meet bank’s lending parameters and structure credit lines accordingly.
• Prepare and present credit proposals ensuring the authenticity, validity and compliance with the credit policy and procedures of the bank.
• Analyzing financial information, such as statements, management accounts, cash flow statements, projected balance sheet, income statement & cash flow and assessing the credit worthiness of client companies.
• Preparation of all credit proposals with due focus on risk analysis and mitigants, in terms of financial business, operational management and environmental factors and duly supported by the financial highlights addressing key factors, in accordance with the Bank Policy at the same time adhering to AML and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain existing portfolio by ensuring regular credit reviews, monitoring of risk concentrations, coordinating with internal auditors and early identification of problem situations.
• Handled Central Bank reports and CIFO reports as part of my KRA’s.
• Assisted Head of Corporate & Commercial Finance by liaising with inter departments in order to smooth/improve the operational float and to submit any inquires/tasks required by him or by senior management.
• Calculate and collect the annual fees from the engineers
• Transferred the payment into the Union accountant date base at the end of each month and reconcile the bank sheet settlement of each month.
• Transferred the union financial transactions into the union accountant’s date base after receiving the Invoice
• Developed Month end seasonal balance sheets under the supervision of the Accountant Manager.
During college and since 2005, I have worked in several small companies, consultant office, internet café, ...etc. and my responsibilities can be briefed as follows:
• Generated month end accounting reports and ensured that Accounting Standards are adopted for Tax Reporting
• Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with suppliers to collect invoices in order to enter pertinent data in the monthly ledgers
