• Managing leadership training program for sales team with coordination with talent management team
• Assessing and measuring training results for each training program.
• Using TNA to identify development areas on both sides individual and teams.
• Deliver business training for middle management
• Responsible for Team Building Workshops as per the TNA
• Responsible for Customer Service Training
• Design and develop the materials according to the business and individual needs
• Developing the curriculum and training program structure (if needed) based on the result and outcomes from measuring the training results and TNA.
