Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as
they relate to the MEP trades.
Responsible for planning, resource managing, coordination and
implementation of the scope of work as related to MEP construction/
fabrication, pre commissioning, installation pre-commissioning and
commissioning of the systems in conformance with Conditions of
Contract documents within the approved budget and schedule.
Prepare master program schedule and performs critical path
analysis, Develop Action and Recovery plans to support product
delivery on time as required.
Plan the defined resources and assign task packages for completion
of the project as planned.
Attending regular meetings as company representative ( on work
progress, coordination, design, etc. ) different stakeholders to
discuss key issues related to the project and take design an effective
actions list to be followed.
Monitoring and control the project budgets and schedule and
oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and within budget
project execution.
Identify and track the risks and opportunity, and report it on time as
per the risk management plan.
Prepare different reports and present it to Area Operation manager
and client include progress report, cost tracking, risks and
opportunities in a timely manner.
Design, monitor and control the project quality management to
ensure a smooth quality product execution to avoid rejection /
dissatisfaction and repetition cost.
Define task packages to team members and provide them support
and techniques to complete it on time.
Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in
terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented
accordingly
Support the procurement team by defining the scope and
Negotiating the cost, price of different systems with system suppliers
to ensure the delivered material within the required quality and
budget.
