Credit officer at SMES department
- Marketing bank products.
- Visit clients activity sites, interview them and discuss their credit requests.
- Understand the nature of the client's activity and how to manage the clients future plans, expansion plans and anticipated capital expenditures.
- Obtain legal documents for the client as well as the clients data and financial statements.
- Obtain clients bank statement from other banks.
- Receiving clients credit application and insuring that all necessary documents are completed.
- Conducting credit studies for clients request submitted by financial and credit analysis, and inquiring about them in different parties and determining the appropriate recommendation in relation to their financial analysis.
- Evaluate the material solvency of clients and obtaining supporting documents to retain credit approvals.
- Following up the completion of the terms of administrative approvals and complete the signing of Contracts.
- Follow up credit after disbursement and follow up with clients to pay according to agreed credit terms.
• Identify customer needs and fulfill it with the bank's products and services.
• Handle customers requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.
• Promote and sell bank products/ services to achieve the yearly set targets .
• Migrate customers to various channels (PB, IB, ATM, cheque deposit box) Ensure that brochures are up to date and in place.
• Carry/ handle efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures.
• Adhere to branch operating model Carry out any task requested by branch manager.
