1. Conceptualize & develop PSPs full design, processes, guidelines, reporting templates and
implement to be used both for weekly monitoring and monthly reporting to senior management
2. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for assigned projects
3. Lead coordination process between different stakeholders and stream owners to ensure streamline of the work and responsibilities.

5. Regularly reviews and evaluates opportunities to improve the project management best practices to achieve higher maturity in PPM
7. Track project performance on a stream level, specifically to analyze the successful completion
of short and long-term goals, while creating and maintaining a comprehensive project documentation
8. Develop the operating model to be adopted between teams and for overall project
9. Manages all significant, strategic and complex cross-functional projects and co-ordinates the project team, including any external parties involved.
10. Oversee, monitor, and Analyze projects data and prepare project/program/portfolio reports and dashboards for senior management
11. Leads the identification, development, implementation, and monitoring of project and portfolio KPIs
