Responsible for the Admin Activities all over the business unit covering 14 branches, with workforce of 32 headcount, yearly expenses $2M, and CAPEX range $1M. Responsible for the interaction with the governmental sectors to ensure licensing & operations are smooth and stable. Under the area of responsibility a water treatment station for the industrial waste water with capacity 200m3 daily. Responsible for the establishment of new branches & sites whether fixed or temp. to serve the national mega projects. Engaged with IT & marketing in the infrastructure & branding. Managing different outsourcing & services contracts to ensure the security of the facilities & branches. Involved with the Revenue arms and the primary activities functions in the day to day operations to achieve the company goals, and to overcome any challenges.
• Preparing the administration yearly budget with value over 9, 000, 000 E.G.P, while assuring control over all expenses through monthly OPEX report. I initiated a new reporting system that briefly explains the monthly expenses and highlight any exceed on the budget. • Responsible for the renewal projects in Mantrac main facility. I held the responsibility of all the site drawings, budgeting every project phase, allocating costs on all the incurred expenses, and closing every phase with the Financial Department • Supervising and maintaining the smooth flow of all the communication process in Mantrac (Courier express, Land Lines, Mobile lines, Photocopiers …etc.). I follow up on the day to day process, asking for proposals from couriers at the end of every year, studying such proposals, developing and determining fields of improvement, a reduction in the courier expenses by more than 1, 000, 000 E.G.P. through year 2005 were made because of such development courses, while maintaining the best courier standards. • Preparing the yearly purchasing plan for the procurement department after analyzing the company’s CAPEX with a total value exceeding 10, 000, 000 E.G.P, to proceed with purchasing the company’s Assets (cars & Furniture). • Initiating and supporting the E-admin project in Mantrac Egypt to ease and facilitate both internal and external customers' flow of orders. • Preparing and updating the Administration Department Manual, as a part of the ISO documentary procedures, I updated the ISO manual for the year 2006 & 2007. • Planning and preparation for the departmental work flow through initiating department job descriptions and charts for a total of 24 count head working in various admin areas and levels.
• Responsible for monitoring all operations and tasks held in the branch, while maintaining a superior level in performing tasks and operations.
• Training branch staff -Delivering customer service skills, building professional image, and how to dominate the market trough satisfying customers-, motivating employees in order to maintain the highest level of professionalism in conducting business, hiring new employees to cover our cycle needs.
• Led 86 applicants as a Trainer for managerial skills -General Management Skills, Communication Skills, Decision Making, and Conflict Resolution strategies- in a USAID funded project that aimed to increase the technical capabilities of the Egyptian youth to overcome the high rate of unemployment.
• My responsibilities were to offer clients our services with the highest degree of customer care and to merge customers' needs with the company's goals.
• I helped in increasing the level of customer satisfaction, reached by the center to a high level of clients' loyalty which helped in penetrating the market more efficiently. Plus reaching actual revenue double to the estimated revenues, and this led to get promoted in my place and my responsibilities to be increased to be the branch supervisor.
• -On temporary basis- I was responsible for increasing the customers' loyalty for Mobinil against its usual competitor, in order to achieve a high level of selling targets.
• My mission was accomplished by tripling Mobinil's sales in my selling area.
