Lead all factories KPI’s improvements.
Monitor, report and review all factories performance with HQ in Geneva.
Lead Innovation system in JTI Egypt.
Close monitoring for all operations in all JTI Egypt’s factories (GSC Sector)
Assess and monitor all company’s strategic projects in Egypt (GSC Sector).
Follow up accepted projects phases until completion.
Conducting post implementation evaluation.
