•Manage the employee’s self- service system (ESS) to submit the required information, including data relevant to their performance.

Responsibilities:

•Handle group medical insurance policies, claims, and managed inclusion and exclusion applications of medical cover for a set of members.
•Perform and maintain timely and accurate processes for medical policy issuance and renewal.
•Carry out submission, approval, and fines collection for new policies product and member's inclusion in compliance with HAAD regulations.
•Underwrite individual medical applications with a complex medical history and balanced medical risk with sales objectives.
•Monitor existing group medical policies for compliance with company guidelines.
•Execute and maintain timely and accurate processes for debit & credit note endorsements.
•Underwrite, submit, approve or pend coverage amounts and premiums, and present decisions to management.
•Documents verification to determine the risk degree of such factors as applicant age, gender, and medical history.
•Contact field representatives or other involved persons to obtain the missing information to provide accurate rates, or explain company underwriting policies.
•Communication with internal and external customers to answer questions regarding underwriting policies, contractual requirements, and taking care of the client's issues.
