• Being part of ME executive team, my responsibility includes helping in setting annual strategy and execution of Business Solutions Division, development of Go To Market strategy for the various markets (ex; Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sectors, Transportation, financial services, Media, Healthcare, Education, O&G, Telecoms, Utilities and other), review of sales pipeline, and account strategy.

• Lead all customer engagements from Pre-Sales, Sale, Bid management, solutioning, Delivery, through to AMS
• Managing a team of pre-sales/Bid managers/projects and program managers, supporting the sales cycle with Large Enterprises in Middle East over various practices SI/AM/MS/Sol, coordination with Geo sales teams for opportunity qualification, account strategy, engaging prospects, solution design, preparation of responses to RFx/RFPs, technical presentations, commercial modeling, commercial negotiations, sales closure SOW Development and contract negotiations.
• Establishing ME Internal bid management Competency Center, overseeing and enforcing an end-to-end bid management process using Atos ‘methodology and framework.
• Delivering multiple SAP E2E projects (bottling, real Estate Teleco) in UAE/KSA/Qatar .
•A Green-field cement factory “Start-up” with investments exceeding 1.7 Billion QR, and annual revenues to exceed 1 Billion QR by 2013. Reporting to HE: chairman, and as initiator of Strategic Planning committee, I was responsible of setting the overall corporate strategic objectives using strategy maps “BSC”, Identifying and researching feasibility of business opportunities, development and monitoring progress of the business/financial models and annual budgeting and control.
•As an initiator of the Interal control and Compliance committee, I was among a team responsible of developing corporate governance through internal policies, procedures and enforce execution in a profound manner. The same had been in compliance with Deliotte audit report. •Following cement factory project progress, with contractors, consultany firms, , , etc
•Liaise with operation & commercial departments coordinating sales forecast, dispatch and order fuilfilment. •Implement an end to end SAP ECC 6 attaining both Industrial and investments business activities.

•As an acting procurement manager, I was responsible of planning, executing and finalizing all procurement operations for the organization, follow up raw material procurement process, identify and negociate tenders terms and conditions with international raw material suppliers. Establish and maintain regular written and in person communication with the organization’s execuitive, depart heads regarding sourcing activities. Analyze trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability of material and capacitu of goods and services.
