Worked as an Electrical/Mechanical MLWD and Instrumentation & Control Engineer. My main responsibilities were spitted into 2 main roles:
To support the DGWD team by providing the required level of maintenance to the DGWD tools (Pulsers, Directional Probes, Gamma Probes, Telemetry & Subs) according to the standard procedures. This also involved using the SAP system to check the tool history, CBM & to track the required inventory levels.
Troubleshooting all tools involved in failure to know root Couse of failure and make analysis for problem to avoid same problem in future by giving plan and memo to follow.
Work as Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) Engineer. My responsibilities included supervising the fabrications and insulations for all Mud Logging instrumentation sensors in N/KOM (Nakilat - Keppel Offshore & Marine) shipyard in Ras Laffan Industrial area in Qatar and involved communications with the clients (RasGas-QP-Shell-Exxon Mobil- Jx). Fix, operate and calibrate all Mud Lugging instrumentations and Gas system.

Scope of Supply and Specification of Field Instruments and control system.
Specifications & Datasheets for Field Instruments (instrument cables, cable glands, junction boxes).
RFQ & BOQ of field instruments, instrument cables, glands and junction boxes.
Fir & Gas detectors spacing, calibration and placement on all work areas.
Maintaining the SDL Combo surface units. This included maintaining all the unit components such as Insite Machines, Data Transmission equipment (RTO & Wits), Data Acquisition Systems, Tool Communications kit, Power Transformer, Main Distribution Panels, Pressurization System & the surface sensors.
Worked as a Senior Field Engineer and EI & C Engineer at Aramco (Saudi) and KOC (Kuwait) in production line flow back treatment and well testing operations (On-shore and Off-shore). My responsibilities included supervising the well testing crew in all types of well testing jobs and involved communications with the client. The following summarizes most of my responsibilities:
Field Operation coordination for rig less testing operations for Saudi ARAMCO.
Operating and maintaining control panels and Chemical Injection Pumps in surface well testing.
To supervise several offshore well testing jobs for Saudi ARAMCO (Zero flaring, Inline Test and clean up).
To calculate oil and water flow rates manually and by using computer programs.
Implementation of all job paper work, time sheet and job ticket.
Built an automated I-Loop system to treat the H2S in oil producing wells using TIA Portal with Siemens S7 1200 PLC in Master and Slaves configuration.
Worked in I-Loop jobs (H2S scavenger, Emulsion breaker and Viscosity reducer), Heavy oil exploration jobs (Optimized flaring, Emulsion breaker and Viscosity reducer) and Zero flaring jobs (Cyclonic solids removal, Emulsion breaker and solids wash).
Automation system support for operations (Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 Professional with software TIA portal) and treatment data analysis.
System monitoring through wireless Scalene and HMI in isolated control cabin, and SMS alerts and Emergency Shutdown via Siemens GSM Module. It is a portable system with around 80 IO’s connected to the different equipment like I-loop, Tanks, pumps, flow lines and scrubber. We designed it through Turck Quick connect system for less commissioning time and smooth operations. Checking and applying all P & ID drawings.
Instruments like Interface Level VEGA sensor, Pressure VEGA sensors, Flow meter, Fire detectors, H2S Gas Sensors, Temperature sensor and Actuators were used.
All field location support for instrumentation and automation system In addition to monitoring work and team work of the technical and operation support.

Maintaining the MLWD surface units and joint SDL Combo units. This included maintaining all the unit components such as Insite Machines, Data Transmission equipment (RTO & Wits), Data Acquisition Systems, Tool Communications kit, Power Transformer, Main Distribution Panels, Pressurization System & the surface sensors. In 2008, I participated in the refurbishment campaign for the MLWD units needed for Egypt & Libya operations.
Also my responsibilities included supporting the operations in various ways including frequent tasks at On & Off-shore rigs such as:
Troubleshooting all kinds of MLWD tool issues at rig sites (Insite machines problems and upgrades, Tool Communication issues & Surface unit problems).
Several opportunities to work as a second MWD field engineer.
Supporting complicated rig ups and remote upgrades (MWD & SDL).
Setting up and managing RTO & Wits transmission at rig sites and customer locations.
I’ve also gained several abroad exposures which enriched my skills such as:
Supporting Algeria for 1 month as an MLWD tech for surface unit and downhole tools.
Supporting Libya for 2 months as an MLWD tech for surface unit and downhole tools.
Supporting UAE for 1 month as an MLWD tech team leader for surface unit and downhole tools.
February 2006 - July 2007 (General Authority for Educational Buildings): Worked as supervisor electrical engineer. The following summarizes most of my responsibilities:
Supervising for create schools, post offices and social security offices. This by giving the design and the orders to the contractor for implementation in the project.
Experience with working in the design of computer labs networks and electrical power control by distributing the loads in the building and management of all this by control equipment.
Worked as a technical support engineer. The following summarizes most of my responsibilities:
Technical support for all equipments in (I.C.U) checked and maintained like monitor, module of monitor, infusion pump, syringe pump, center station unit, ECG device, Defibrillator device and worked with Cardiac Clinic devices like stress system, holter system and other devices.
Grade of Bachelor Graduation: GOOD (71.8%) Grade of Graduation Project (multi purpose wireless controlled vehicle): EXCELLENT (96%)
