• Work on Supply Chain department annual budget, updating the budget on quarterly basis vs actual.
• Monitor Logistics department KPIs.
• Monitor actual cost vs budget and suggest actions to minimize the actual cost.

• Develop the demand planning process.
• Lead weekly S&OP meeting, reviewing commercial sales forecasts to submit the company weekly plan.
• Manage inventory levels based on company’s sales forecast and product run rate.
• Build a strong relationship with supplier based on mutual and agreed KPI’s for performance improvement.
• Cooperate and align with finance department and supplier for payments, discounts, incentives, margin…….
• Implement the company distribution planning between different companies channel.
• Responsible for clearance process achieving the minimum lead-time as well as shipments cost control and quality and control the custom clearance budges vs. actual.
• Manage local purchasing activity to get the needed requirements with the minimum cost. Negotiate company insurance policies and employees’ medical insurance.
• Manage distribution warehouses in all KSA. Design and implement material flow process and measure warehouse staff performance.
