Senior Rental Service Supervisor in Rental Dept and CAT Rental Store Department, Controls Service & repair operations on all of Rental equipment including
- Supervise and monitor maintenance and repair of rental machines including stationary machines (compressor, generators ...)and Earth moving machines ( ma lift, telehandler, backhoe loader, skid loader, Crane ....)
and used equipment, including work scheduling, parts ordering, jobs opening and job closing.
- Establish routine maintenance schedule for all Rental equipment.
- Evaluate and monitor site inspection of all rental machines and if necessary perform inspection.
- Monitor machine use at customer site and assess machine application severance.
- Assess performance of the Service staff, recommend and arrange training and development to improve job performance and product knowledge.
- Ensure good customer relations including customer’s operators and personnel on site.
- Ensure Service and other related reports, literature, documentation, are all well maintained and issued in a timely and organized fashion.
- Ensure that the Workshop is kept clean and tidy at all times and is a safe working environment for people working there.
- follow company’s EHS policies and procedures in all work related activities.
- Ensure the safety of all subordinates and ensure their compliance with established safety policies, procedures and practices.
