Managing all quality activities for one of the largest railway project in
GCC area (Haramain High Speed Rail Project) representing the client for:
▪ Manage and approve processes definitions and process maps for
the whole project scope including O&M scope
▪ Review and approve contractor's quality procedures, inspection &
test plans, records and quality Plans
▪ Determine and report to management and to client construction
and O&M indicators
▪ Manage and conduct quality and manufacturing audits on the
construction and O&M contractors as well as their subcontractors
Managing all quality activities for Haramain High Speed Rail Project with
main tasks that include:
▪ Represent the client (Saudi Railway Organization) in front of the
contractor for all the quality-related issues
▪ Manage and approve processes definitions and process maps for
the whole project scope including construction and O&M
▪ Prepare, review, update and circulate the client representative's
quality plan
▪ Review and approve contractor's quality procedures, inspection &
test plans, records and quality Plans
▪ Determine and report to management and to client the main causes
of quality losses
▪ Determine with the management where improvements are required,
and when corrective actions are needed
▪ Monitor the implementation and adequacy of the construction/
installation procedures established for the project
▪ Monitor contractor's quality plans for construction and for O&M,
review, assess the effectiveness those quality plans and verify their
compliance with the contract requirements and business needs
▪ Follow up the non-conformance reports, NCRs, until rectification
and corrective actions are done and verified
▪ Review and approve deviation request from quality requirements
▪ Manage all internal audits conducted on the client's representative
▪ Manage and conduct quality and manufacturing audits on the
construction and O&M contractors and their subcontractors
▪ Participates with all project management team members, all the
scope, cost, and schedule risks and changes.
Participating in successful handover for Makkah Metro Project in
the two phases.
▪ Participating in the deployment of the company QMS and achieving
ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
Managing all the quality assurance activities for some of the major
projects in the company which include:
▪ Ensure that the documented processes (as spelled out in project
specific plans and/ or contract) are followed
▪ Prepare and updating different quality plans of the project
▪ Provide to the customer the visibility on the quality actions
progress to build trust on the conformity with the requirements and
guaranty the conformity of the project
▪ Ensure that deliveries conform to customer and company
expectations and to all other relevant obligations
▪ Define and implement the quality control program
▪ Manage the project different audits
▪ Ensure the correct implementation of the configuration
management
▪ Managing customer satisfaction activities in the company which
include:
Manage customer complaints system from issuance till the

implementation of proper corrective actions
Managing customer satisfaction surveys

well as insuring that deficiencies are rapidly and effectively

DaimlerChrysler &VDA6.3 Standards), as well as insuring that
