Prepare project Baseline along with weekly updates to the actual progress at site and reflect them on the program, submit weekly and monthly reports to the consultant, Prepare weekly presentation to illustrate the work progress at site, Submit EOT claims to the project

Creates project work plan with construction team, prepare resources and cost loaded baseline/recovery/mitigation program and revises to meet changing needs and requirements
 Analyzing the progress updates and identify the leading factors, which causing the delays and
impacting on critical activities to avoid/minimize risk exposure on project.
 Develop and implement the most suitable progress reports/presentations to support achieved
progress and justify weaknesses/delays to discuss it in progress/workshop meetings.
 Representative of planning manager in meetings in client/engineer meetings.
 Tracking the excusable delays, the impact of site instruction and variation orders to prepare the
related notices of claims.
 Suggest the reasonable mitigation measures to absorb/reduce the delay out of our
responsibilities.
 Handling various the correspondences of delay events (Letters, Engineering Logs, RFI, ...) to
generate detailed chronology of delay events and prepare the related delays impact using different delay analysis method (Impacted As‐planned, Impacted As‐built and Windows analysis).
 Prepare procurement package program of subcontractors
 Review detailed subcontractors construction program to ensure the compliance with contract
milestones and approved baseline/master program.
 Monitoring subcontractor performance for both of engineering works and construction
activities.
 Review the subcontractor EOT claims and initiate relevant assessment.
 Tracking long lead items life cycle and necessary authorities’ approval/NOC.
 Provides the technical support/assistance for planning team as follow:‐
 Prepare Weekly Update of program of works and generate the related reports.
 Develop monitoring progress / tracking formats in excel to construction and technical team
to achieve planned target as per master schedule.
 Prepare forecast cash flow based on the actual site conditions.
 Ensure planning document are complete, updated and stored appropriately for auditing review
 Preparing resources histograms (Manpower & Equipments) according to resources productivity rates.

 Assigns budget cost to activities according to B.O.Q (bill of quantities) using top‐down estimation.
 Following up engineering logs (Materials, shop drawings& Method statement) in order to keep it on baseline track.
 Prepare weekly & Monthly reports and necessary exercises to show progress of activities at the site.
 Analyzing progress with earned value performance measurement method.
 Preparing weekly update and suggest the recommendations (recovery plan) to recover any
delays& provide technical assistance to project managers.

 Preparing extension of time in comply with contract condition: chronology of events along with supported documents & claim notices, delay fragment, delay analysis using different methodologies (T.I.A. & A.P.I.) before passing to contract department, quantity surveyor in order to submit a comprehensive extension of time claim includes cost implication

 Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements with the projects managers.
 Manages day to day operational aspects of a planning team in Al Ain projects.
 Reviews deliverables prepared by planning team before passing to consultant/client according to quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and
successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer
satisfaction.
 Provides the technical support/assistance for planning team as follow:‐
 Reviews of contract documents in order to get scope of work activities and identify project risks.
 Using P6.8 (primavera client server) to prepare Projects time schedule (Base line work programme) with work break down structure (WBS) including detailed activities through coordination between subcontractors and project managers.
 Construction schedules (baseline program) that include all planning, coordination, structural, M.E.P.
