• Monitor and analyze and solve problems using tools and quality indicators (FOCUS-PDCA).
• Preparing and designing Policies and Procedures related to HR Dept.
• Control and application of standards - Department of Human Resources - for the adoption of international health institutions (JCIA), as well as the command to the adoption of standards of national health institutions (HCAC).
• Preparation of reports and statistics of the annual assessment and the turnover rate... and submit them to senior management.
• Application of international standards in the process of recruitment, training and licensing. And make sure the candidates Certificates
• Member in quality team committee, credential & privilege committee.
• Coordination with the heads of departments, to cover any vacancies and asked the candidates to meet the needs of departments.
• Handle staff disciplinary issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure the implementation of hospital rules and regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to the Direct Manager.
• Assist the CFO in preparation of payroll at the end of each month.
