Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
• Preparing tender schedule, Master construction schedule and Procurement schedule.
• Submit Monthly schedule monitoring and updating.
• Preparing monthly progress report for top management.
• Preparing cash flow projections, submittals of schedule of rates (payroll & equipment) or project variations and modifications.
• Preparing monthly project control report including (narrative, progress bars, construction and subcontractor’s performance measurement reports “S-curves charts, Performance Matrix, etc.”. Identifying/ maintaining & monitoring the project critical path Vs target, problem area, trouble shooting.
• Recording and reporting all the scenario of the potential exposures/claims/works suspended/modifications & additional works.
• Preparing BI-weekly look-ahead schedule “task level”, Claims analysis regarding Time impact.
• Tracking of resources and allocation of man-hours against histograms and planned progress curve. Review & consent Contractor's schedules.
• Monetary for contractor's progress of works & maintenance for the project target. Maintaining, ensuring, following-up, and fulfilling contract milestones project start-up/close-out, early notifications, submittals, and regulatory requirements by jurisdictional authorities and agencies.

Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
• Time-location planning for managing linear construction projects, infrastructure projects.
• Preparing tender schedule, Master construction schedule and Procurement schedule.
• Submit Monthly schedule monitoring and updating.
• Preparing monthly progress report for top management.
• Preparing cash flow projections, submittals of schedule of rates (payroll & equipment) or project variations and modifications.

- Fifth stage - Directors and Head Quarters of Security Sectors King Abd-elaziz Projects (KAP5).

Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
• Preparing Tenders time schedule.
• Preparing Construction time Schedules including the following:
- Preparing project work breakdown structure.
- Project activities inserting and coding.
- Calculation of activities construction duration.
- Calculation of activities resources (man-power, equipment and material).
- Assigning of activities resources and preparing of resources usage histograms.
• Preparing of needed reports like periodic look ahead reports, resource usage report, Earned value report, cost control reports.
• Updating of time schedules and preparing the bi-weekly and monthly follow up reports.
Attend meetings with project consultant and owner.
• Preparing and submit new variation order breakdown.
• Studying of project time and cost claims.
• Reviewing and approval of contractor's time schedules
• Studying of the new tender's scope of work and preparing a report with the needed major resources to help in tender decision-making.

Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
• Project Control (Project Coordinator) Maintains liaison between team members assigned to the project to assure mutual understanding and agreement in all phases of the work as defined by the contract and to assure continuity of job progress and design.
• Assists in the preparation of the Bases of Design Report (BODR) of the project including; data collection, identification of project areas, conceptual and preliminary engineering designs, outline specifications and project’s preliminary cost estimates.
• Assists the Project Manager in the detailed development of the project scope of work, Coordinates and resolved technical problems including non-conformance to project specifications or engineering standards, Plans and directs studies and engineering design.
• Establishes and maintains coordination between engineering staff and Client technical representatives.
• Assists the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project Procedures Manual, Quality Plan, and Schedules.
• Assists the Project Manager, conducts project review meetings involving any or all technical disciplines assigned to the project team, Automatically replaces the Project Manager in all or part of his responsibilities in his absence, for the following projects:
- Marassi (Emaar) Sidi abd-ElRahmen Villas & Townhome.
- Marassi (Emaar) Sidi abd-ELRahmen Beach Club.
- Master Plan for Marassi Project, Sidi abd-ElRahman, (Emaar).
