- Optimally allocate the resources through obtaining a proper organizational structure.
- Raise early warning of potential problems by identifying major risk areas.
- Collaborate with BOD, committees, as well as different control function (audit and compliance) in of assuring effective
implementation and ongoing enhancement of the risk program.

- Communication with Third Parties including The Egyptian Financial Supervisory (EFSA), Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
- Research and administrative advisory activities assigned by the executive management.
- Supervising internal operational manuals and polices development, implementation and improvement.
- Compliance monitoring checks in coordination with risk, finance, operations departments.
- Operations department and account mangers support.
- Company internal affairs (General Assemblies, Board Meetings, Commercial Register updates, Capital raises, and
EFSA staff trading approvals).
- Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures applying and improving.
- Know Your Client (KYC) and risk assessment process practicing and development.
- Filing system supervision and execution.
- Department’s logistics, supplies, and resources management.
- Communication with Third Parties including The Egyptian Financial Supervisory (EFSA), Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
- Coordination with BOD members and department heads to resolve any potential risk.
- Development and implementation of internal cycles and procedures.
- Comprehensive compliance monitoring program among all departments in order of maintaining the highest level of commitment
to the applicable laws and internal policies.
- Risk based approach Anti Money Laundering schemes conducting, procedures review and update, as well as staff orientation
training.
- Filing system supervision.
- Communication with Third Parties including The Egyptian Financial Supervisory (EFSA), Egyptian Exchange (Egyptse).
- Research and administrative activities assigned by the senior management.
- Operations department and account officers support.
- Over The Counter (OTC) deals documentation preparation, negotiations, follow up communications, and execution supervision.
- Company internal affairs (General Assemblies, Board Meetings, Commercial Register updates, Capital raises, and EFSA staff
dealing approvals).
- Anti Money Laundering and Terrorism Finance (AMLTF) procedures applying and improving.
- Know Your Client (KYC) process operation practicing and development.
- Projects organization planning, scheduling, time management, and quality assurance.
- Assigning rights and levels of authority of accessing the system as a reflection of company's policy and hierarchy.
- Department's staff affairs management as well as new comers interviewing, evaluation, and training.
- Customer online live support and advice.
- Clients' documents and attachments legibility and completion assurance.
- Company's executions surveillance and reporting including derivatives.
- Revising clients' orders receiving by all communication means (recorded phones, faxes ...).
