- Compliance monitoring checks in coordination with risk, finance, operations departments.
- Operations department and account mangers support.
- Company internal affairs (General Assemblies, Board Meetings, Commercial Register updates, Capital raises, and
EFSA staff trading approvals).
- Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures applying and improving.
- Know Your Client (KYC) and risk assessment process practicing and development.
- Filing system supervision and execution.
- Department’s logistics, supplies, and resources management.
- Communication with Third Parties including The Egyptian Financial Supervisory (EFSA), Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
- Coordination with BOD members and department heads to resolve any potential risk.
- Development and implementation of internal cycles and procedures.
- Comprehensive compliance monitoring program among all departments in order of maintaining the highest level of commitment
to the applicable laws and internal policies.
- Risk based approach Anti Money Laundering schemes conducting, procedures review and update, as well as staff orientation
training.
