Preparing Annual Sales Target and working to achieve it.
- Regular Monitoring of Competitors’ Activities in the market and try to provide the best offers and services.
- Monitoring daily performance of supervisors and sales representatives
- Follow up with sales team and making route plans for different locations.
- Daily weekly meeting with Sales teams & KAM to highlight all issues and solve it.
- Control and Monitoring of both Administration and Supporting Staff.
- Strict implementation of Company Policies.

- Regular correspondence senior management regarding sales reports and work to solve any problem that hinders the
movement of work.
- Responsible for number of selected companies (High Valued Customers) to ensure customer satisfaction through responding to inquiries, solving problems and follow up on customers’ requests.
- Enhancement and updating the collection timelines
- Make a presentation for internal and external customers
- Allocate resources to tasks in order to achieve department goal.
- Deliver a regular and accurate feedback to the management team regarding any problem facing the corporate accounts workflow though reports.
- Accountable to achieving sales target through tools.
- Plan, and follow up the implementation of sales plan to achieve assigned target.
- Identify potential customers, set up plan to attract and implement the plan in order to increase sales achievement
