Looking for the electromechanical and tanks building companies to have best offer for our plant.
• Confirming plant drawing before installation of the tanks, pipe lines, boiler, washing room and the pumps with the CEO.
• Follow up the installation at the plant.
• Looking for suppliers of crude cotton oil and have best offer.
• Manage picking up of crude cotton oil with our warehouse.
• Dealing with new suppliers “Factories, Hotels and Restaurants” to start collect the used
cooking oil from to increase our total export quantity.
• Research on our competitive in the market of the UCO.
• Preparing a full study to start collecting UCO from households from all over Egypt.
• Looking for suppliers of crude cotton oil and have best offer.

Determine the most cost-effective procedures and routes for Export and Domestic shipments.
• Translated business needs and priorities into actionable logistics strategies.
• Gathered, logged and monitored all shipping data.
• Negotiated O/F rates with outside providers “Freight Forwarder” to get best rate for
every shipment.
• Manage shipment schedules to maximize productivity and cut costs.
Book our export shipments with the freight forwarder/Shipping Lines.
• Prepare all shipping documents needed.
• Follow up dispatch date and stuffing at the POL.
• Communicate with customs brokers, shipping lines, carriers, dispatchers, warehouses
and regarding outgoing orders.
Stock control and requesting the replenishment products needed.
• Follow up incoming shipments with Messer Lukoil and our freight forwarder.
• Prepare and recheck the shipping documents for the incoming shipments.
• Searching on barges owners, negotiating prices and contracts.
• Confirming the availability of the requested products, quantities, packing type at the warehouse.
• Confirming supply possibility in bulk or delivery on board.
• Follow up with vessel's agent and the master regarding vessel’s position till she arrives port/sea
road of supply.
• Confirming with vessel's agent and the master she will drop anchor to pump the
requested products quantities in bulk or she will take the quantities packed onboard
without drop anchor.
• Prepare customs certificates and documents needed with customs team.
Update warehouse team, customs team and the barge by supply date/time and position and confirm that all in order to have smooth supply without any delay.
• Book the barge if needed for the supply.
• Be in contact with our supply team and solving any problem regarding the supply with
vessel's Chef Engineer/Vessel's Master.
• Confirm barge sailing to our good vessel in time.
• Confirming that supply customs documents and DRN, Check List has been signed and stamped from vessel's chef engineer or vessel's master.
• Sending the signed and stamped DRN and check list to order manager confirming that the supply has been rendered safely.
• Invoices review before sending.

• Gathered, logged and monitored all shipping data.
• Communicated all emergencies, delays due to weather and carrier schedule changes to the Consignee and the CEOs.
• Search on trucks owners companies that can offer best services to our clients.
• Negotiating prices and contracts.
• Arrange the pickup for the Air and Sea shipments on time without any delay.
