Manage cost centers, cost allocation and analyze process constraints.
Prepare ad hoc reports (Ex. margin analysis “Drop vs. continue segment”, Cost & Benefit analysis).
Handle all tax (Corporate, withholding, payroll & sales tax) matters related to save the company rights.
Preparation of Annual Accounts for audit, ensure Compliance audit with the rules and regulations.
Evaluate the performance of Finance staff & provide training & development opportunities.
Prepare all the financial reports such as the P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, consolidated financial state-ments and all other special reports and accounts analysis.
