Initiated with the goals of supporting the farmers and farming companies to
improve the operations performance, productivity, sustainability, and profitability
through enhancing the technical and operational procedures.
Scope of Services:
First: Agribusiness Feasibility Studies
1. Crate the feasibility studies for the new projects for different purposes (farming,
dairy, cattle, poultry, and food processing).
2. Create a SWOT analysis to overcome obstacles for the existing business.
Second: Agricultural Technical Services:
1. Evaluate the technical situation of the farm including the following:
a. The technical status of existing crops (health & nutrient level) and expected
productivity.
b. The technical condition of the irrigation systems (dotting - spraying - axial
apparatus) in terms of validity of all parts and efficiency of use.
c. The technical condition of the equipment and mechanisms in terms of their
suitability, efficiency, and suitability for the agricultural operations must be
implemented.
d. The state of soil fertility and the most important determinants of agricultural
production.
e. The position of spread of pests (grass - fungal - insect) Farm/project.
2. Introduce a proposal for the fittest cropping system and the feasibility studies.
3. Preparation of crop management programs.
4. Conduct follow-up visits to follow up on the status of crops and provide periodic
reports on the technical status of crops and their development.
Third: Operational Services:
1. Prepare a seasonal/annual plan for agricultural operations for all crops.
2. Prepare a plan for the required manpower for all crops and operations.
3. Contribution to the preparation of the general budget for agricultural production in
terms of cost (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, irrigation), as well as the cost of
agricultural operations (owned, rented), manpower, and others.
4. Contribute to the supply chain and commercial contracts to sell the crops and
commodities for domestic and export purposes.
5. Holding a monthly meeting with the management of the company to present the
operational position of agricultural production and the budget situation.

✓ Marketing the project services for the customers Farmers, Agronomists, and agro
companies and projects owners.
✓ Take soil, water, and plant samples in the farm survey.
✓ Working in the lab to get the analysis of the samples and write the report about
analysis results.
✓ Put the fertilizer recommendation for all crops in the Farm based on the crop
requirements and soil and plant tissues analysis.
✓ Participated with the Project team in directing 4, 000 Fed s of Orange and 2, 000 Fed
s of Mango in El-Salhya area.

1. Strategize the company plan to be based on the self-farming projects.
2. Preparing the projects annual & 5-year business plan.
3. Developed and managed farming operations activities and Ag-teams for 52, 000 Fed s.
4. Improve the crop production program in order to achieve the global benchmark.
5. Issuing action plans for the projects and several crop seasons.
6. Optimization of the cropping financial returns.
7. Plan and direct the development and production of hybrid crop varieties with high
yield or disease and insect-resistant characteristics.
8. Develop baseline measures of sustainability and chart progress over time.

✓ Analyzing agricultural data to diagnosis the works done to improve production
quantity and quality, further, to optimize production cost.

✓ Strategies the policy, plan, and investment for the agro-companies in Savola-Egypt.
✓ Plan and develop the agriculture and production business and activities.
✓ Prepare the annual budget for the agriculture business and follow up on their
implementation.
✓ Develop and monitor the agricultural sector activities.
✓ Plan the infrastructure and project requirements for a new project in AUCR
Alexandria United Company for Land Reclamation.
✓ Technical supervision departments of agriculture and the control of pests.
✓ Assign the type, and qualities of seeds, fertilizers, and other inputs for the
production.
✓ Prepare periodic reports on the companys agricultural business.
✓ Setup/monitor and supervise the implementation of the different irrigation systems.
✓ Communication with universities and research centers to follow the latest scientific
developments in the field of agriculture.

• Develop forward contracting schemes with growers & associations.
• Prepare the plan depending on using the modern farming equipment and

✓ Maximize the use and productivity of Olam high solids onion varieties.
• Conduct a variety of trials to evaluate and recommend production plans.
• Using expertise from U.S. Ag Operations and own learning from trial work,
manage cultural operations to maximize yields, solids, and quality.
✓ Food Safety & Traceability
• Train the employees on Global Good Agricultural Practices to achieve
compliance with the use of crop protection:
• Strive to add traceability of the finished product back to the area and field.
• Learn and comply with international standards for food safety.
✓ Sustainability
• Promote the improvement of agricultural productivity (more crop to the drop)
• Seek funding opportunities from NGOs or government organizations in support
of sustainability measures

Manage the agro-related projects Jenaan Investment Co. as below
a. Egypt: El Owienate Oasis, 20 k Fed.;
b. Sudan: 25 k Fed in Al Rahad & Zayed Al Khair projects with forage crops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
✓ Survey & choose the proper available farming land in Egypt and Sudan.
✓ Preparing the agricultural and production annual plan for the projects.
✓ Issuing action plans for the projects and several crop seasons.
✓ Plan and direct the development and production of hybrid crop varieties with high
yield or disease and insect-resistant characteristics.
✓ Choosing the required machinery, equipment, and supplies, such as tractors, seed,
fertilizer, and chemicals.
✓ Hire, discharge, transfer, and promote workers, enforce safety regulations, and
interpret policies.
✓ Direct and coordinate work activities, such as planting, irrigation, fertilizer
application, harvesting, grading, and record keeping.
✓ Develop and update the Agriculture Procedure booklet

✓ Participate in preparing the annual agricultural and production plan for the
project, for area 12, 000 Fed s.
✓ Converting the annual agriculture plan to monthly action plans.
✓ Plans and directs development and production of hybrid plant varieties with high
yield or disease and insect resistant characteristics.
✓ Analyzes soil to determine the type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum
production and Preparing fertilizer recommendation based on the soil fertility and
yield target for the cultivated crops in the project (Wheat, Potato, Alfalfa, Millet,
Sorghum, Oat, Bermuda, Silage Corn, Onion, and Barley), under arid-arid regions.
✓ Choosing the required machinery, equipment, and supplies, such as tractors, seed,
fertilizer, and chemicals.
✓ Follow up the recording of information, such as irrigation, fertilization, production,
farm management practices, and parent stock, and prepare financial and
operational reports.
✓ Determines procedural changes in drying, grading, storage, and shipment for
greater efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and issue the Agriculture Procedure booklet

✓ Managing irrigation and fertilization station activities.
✓ Calculation of crop water requirements during all seasons based on the data from
the weather station under arid and semi-arid regions in the farm for the crop
sowed (Mango, Grape, Orange, Strawberry, Wheat, and Peanut).
✓ Follow irrigation status in the farm by following the soil moisture content, plant
status, and weather data.
✓ Introduce periodical reports about irrigation and the work done.
