- Power Supply & DC backup (hybrid system)
- Fire system Maintenance & check up (sites & main switch)
- Environmental (CW, security, cleaning, plumbing, Air-conditions, …)
- Lightning system & protection
- Telecommunication Equipments maintenance
Rollout:
- New sites implementation & Launching (by sub-contractors & local staff)
- Stick to PIP deadlines for the sites launching
- Materials providing (cost and quality management)
- CW & environmental implementation
- Generators, ATS & fuel tank installation
- Fire system & alarm connection to the BTS (24/7 monitoring system via the NOC)

- Teams Organization, follow-up and Support, Trainings, , …

- Cost Management and control (bills & quotations)

- Surveys for 2G sites and looking for the ability for implementation of 3G .
- Preparing SID (Site Information Details) SIR (Site Information Reports) Indoor and Outdoor.
- Supervisor Civil works team who are responsible for implementation of Offsets Concrete Slabs
- Antenna swaps From 2G into 3G Including using of Site Master (Anritsu) to check the connectors feeders Triplexers and TMA.
- IBS Indoor Building Solution change antenna splitters and installation of RRU, fibers
- Installation of RBS 6201, 6601
- Installation of Links mini links
- Installation of 2p, 6p, 20p magazines
- Integration of Node B and troubleshooting
- Swap links, swap Antennas
- Putting Sites on Air
- Commissioning, Acceptance and Clearance of Sites
- Integration RBS using RBS manager .OMT, minilink craft, Bullet Proof FTP server
