Being part of Al Magrabi team as the Eastern Region IT Manager has made me responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software that is used within Magrabi, and acts as liaison between corporate and IT Staff. Also, my work includes:
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Implement and develop the IT policies and procedures to keep JCI accreditation (Dammam Center).
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Managing IT staff.
Guaranteeing the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
Participated (as IT Manager) in Al Zahra General Hospital Saudi Arabia, where I was responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the hospital such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. And Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
I also was responsible for oversees installation, troubleshooting, maintaining servers, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provided expert support when necessary
, and also my work included:
Preparing budget reports supported with reports and statistics to help our management in decision making.
Building and maintaining vendor relationships and managing the purchase of hardware and software products.
Preparing hospital HOI (Management of information) policies and procedures to get CBAHI accreditation.
Managing the design and implementation of new applications.
Analyzing and creating complete stock program starting from gathering information and designing program database to the point of creating all layers for the program.
Make employment program to archive and store all applicants’ information for more easy way to search and review them.
Analyze and create Medical Record tracking system to trace the patients' files and get the full history of patient file movements.

Participated (as a team leader ) in Modelingsoft with a vision to an effectively moving Model-Driven Development right into the core of the .NET software development mainstream. We realized the potentials of modeling and DSL; therefore we wanted to have every one acknowledge that. Modelingsoft is the first company that focuses on the evolution and promotion of .NET model-based development technologies. Modelingsoft core product is Sculpture Toolkit which enables you to create your own models, textual languages, graphical languages, and code generators. On top of the toolkit, Modelingsoft introduces S-Expert as a DSL for developers to promote the productivity and encapsulates best practice, and generates applications with wide range of technologies like Entity Framework, NHibernate, WCF, Silverlight, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, and Windows Phone 7.
Participated (as a Senior Software Developer) in Dawliasoft and migrating our previous work (El-Fath Management System) from Datasets and Windows Forms to a proper ORM framework and WPF. We started Sculpture as a DSL to describe the domain model and use it to generate as much as possible code. we gradually expanded the language so we can use it to describe the service layer (Data Contracts, Services, and Operations) and the user interface layer (Modules, Actions, and Views).

Participated (as a desktop developer) in Fath Management System for a big agent working in the medical field in the Republic of Yemen, Starting from requirements gathering, domain analysis, software design, and development. We successfully built a complete system with different modules (Stock, Sales, financials, medical representative offices …). Now the system services more than 300 employees with 28 branches.

Participated (as a desktop developer) in School Management System to manage all the activities inside the school (Student affairs, Grades, Buses, Exams …). This system was linked with a website to help parents view the information of their students on daily basis.

Workwith the team of five people in the field of multimedia programs and courseware. Courses are published under several educational companies.
A portable management system to manage the vegetables market in kingdom Saudi Arabia, I successfully built a complete system with different modules (Stock, Sales, financials).
Technologies: visual basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access.
