3.Construction of 360-degree Kuwait Project. (January 2007 till March 2010).

5.Construction of K.N. Labor Camp at Shuiaba Industrial Area.
6.Construction of K.N. Main Warehouse at Sulaibiya Industrial Area.
7.Construction of K.N. Labor Camp at Sulaibiya Industrial Area.
8.Operation & Maintenance at Sief Palace. (December 2003 till December 2005)
Provide other departments (Transmission, Production, Optimization, and Maintenance) of the Company with a support about BSS (Base Station Subsystem) related activities and BSS OMC-R (Operation and Maintenance Center-Radio) handling with a good reporting .
Supervision and Piloting of the Exploitation (SPE): Establish a pre-diagnostic and then pilot and support MobiNil GLI (Group of Local Intervention) field maintenance teams and subcontractors maintenance teams for all problems related to the BSS from OMC-R, check all types of alarms on BSS Network elements. Launch corrective action through AGIIR Trouble Ticketing System.
•Preparing of databases and creation of new BSCs and Sites with their radio parameters.
•Reconfiguration of any component in the network needs to be upgraded or downgraded.
•Migration of BSCs with its sites from RCP to another one .
•Migration of sites from BSC to another regarding the radio modifications.
•Monitoring the network, handling alarms, supervise and piloting maintenance team.
•Assisting optimization teams for implanting work orders and parameters modifications.
