a- Management of manpower, equipment, process and other resources in order to ensure the smooth business operation of the company with the most optimal resources usage, and increase the value of organizational assets.
b- Setting plans and targets, and supervising natural gas projects execution for domestic usage in cities as well as controlling the projects budgets within planned timeframes for achieving the stated technical and business requirements.
c- Quality control issues involved within the projects execution so that they are completed as per company’s desired perception within scope.
d- Ensuring that safety (H.S.E.) is kept as the primary priority throughout all phases of the project.

1-Responsible for maintenance and overhaul of marine diesel mtu engines.

2-The job tasks included planning the jobs incorporated within the overhaul, controlling disassembly and assembly of the engine parts, and the supply of the required spare parts. It included also quality control responsibilities such as controlling measurements, tolerances and wear limits for the various engine parts. Finally the engine is to be fitted on the test-Bench for the run-in program before installation in ship
