Responsibilities for RVO, Wholesale in Cairo Branch.
Forecast all S.Q. (Yearly, quarterly and monthly). Planning the area Targets for monthly offers, items and promotions;
Organize sales-team work and time reviewing stock, advertising materials, follow up sales movement, sales collection, merchandiser, agents sales. Evaluate the sales team, items movement and its growth, also agents and customers;
Train the sales team (old and new comers) to improve their performance and speed the profitability;
Analysis the sales /units historical trends to develop future business plans;
Prepare the monthly and yearly action plans for each unit;
Develop long term manpower plans for each unit;
Recommend action plans, programs, and activities to develop the units business and increase its efficiency;
Process the annual budget and administrative structure in order to discuss it sales manager then reporting to national sales Manger

Sales Force Management;
Monitor and follow up the retail and wholesale channels;
Sales strategy planning;
Responsible for all area activities (sales & administrative).
Build new strategy for distribution in area;
Set monthly growth goals and supervision plans;
Set & execute training programs for sales team in selling skills, time management, supervision skills & how to manage sales force;
Drive retail share percentage up to 80% and designing routes;
Hiring & recruiting new sale team;
Managing 32 sales representatives and 4 supervisors (retail, wholesale);
Reporting to regional sales manager;

Set supervision plans and distribute monthly quota and budget;
Hiring & recruiting new team members;
Manage 21 sales representatives and 3 supervisors (retail, wholesale);
Reporting to regional sales manager;
Responsibilities
Responsible for All whole sellers in South Giza ( Whole sale & Retail);
Communicating with store checker to ensure of the executing of sales fundamentals and monthly initiatives ready in the stores to deliver monthly goals and objectives;
Execute proper spending of the different offers and incentives;
Motivate the sales reps on sales fundamentals and updates unit manager with 2 field memos per day to achieve overall targets per section;
Update the unit manager with the requested data accurately on time (building block/sales fundamentals stocks, estimates, daily Sales, pricing, competition … etc.) to provide the right tools/data for planning;
Address proactively all customer issues and take corrective actions;
Responsibilities
Responsible for all RVO Customers in North Giza;
Applying sales fundamentals in the market to achieve the company's policy;
Make control on the initiatives on weekly basis through tracking sheets currently;
Achieving company’s biggest goal: 100% of products in 100% of stores in 100% of time;
Train the sales reps on implement the fundamentals and monthly initiatives;
Monitoring and follow up the implementation process;
Responsibilities
Responsible for Retail in Giza (EL Omrania & EL-Haram);
Daily contact with supervisor to review the performance and get the feedback to recommend the corrective actions;
Ensure full distribution of 100% goods in all Stores;
Ensure consistent communication with Strategic Customers/Principals;
